Returns Policy 

Dear Valued Customer,

Welcome to Stylezonee.

Thank you for purchasing products from Stylezonee. Please follow the relevant instructions below for when you change your decision, product return time limit, and return the product.

Returns Policy:

If your product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken), defective (dead on arrival) incorrect (presentation different on the website), or incomplete (missing parts) at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category. For device-related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the warranty center (if applicable).

Procedure to Return:

You have 3 business days after item delivery, to notify us that you want to return your product. If your item meets all the requirements, your return can be initiated by calling our Customer Service at (01788418656). Then simply follow the 6 steps stated below:

Step 1: Check if your product meets all the conditions for returning a product.

Step 2: Contact Stylezonee”s Customer Service to submit a complaint/request for return.

Step 3: Write the return details on the invoice.

Step 4: Choose your preferred method of product return when you call Customer Service.

Step 5: Your returned product will go through a Quality Check.

Step 6: If validated, you will get product Return / Replacement.

Conditions for Return:

●The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws.

●The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories

●The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of Stylezonee”s packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box packet.

● If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

The Following Products Cannot Be Returned:

Replacement or Exchange:

If you prefer to exchange your product, just let Customer Service know and we will call you as soon as your product has been received, and we have looked into the availability of the requested product.

Term and Policy updates:

We reserve the right to change or update these terms and policies at any time by placing a prominent notice on our site. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to this site.
